"Great accommodations"

"The extra touches in the room and the attentiveness of the staff added to an already pleasant experience. Highly recommended."

"I had cockroaches in my room. Hotel staff apparently came & sprayed. I’m doubtful. I had to keep the bathroom light on all night to keep them at bay. I also had to keep my suitcase on the bed, zipped up at all times . The furniture in the front lobby was Circa 1970 & the lobby smelled musty. Would never recommend this hotel."

"Palazzo Pantaleo is a well kept bed and breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by Giuseppe who was very nice and attentive to our needs while staying in Palermo. "Great location! Helpful staff. Clean room."

"We booked a city view room, but was given a dingy room facing a dingy patio with loud AC noise and not pleasant to look at. We communicated with the host and the reply was that they can not do anything as all rooms are booked, just offered some breakfast coupons, worth 5 bucks each at the most. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment turned into rooms on one floor of the building with no amenities. The plumbing is old with murky water and rumbling when you turn the facets on. Hard to communicate...

"Una scoperta straordinaria! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Non sapremmo da dove iniziare per descrivere questa meravigliosa esperienza. Il nostro soggiorno in questo B&B è stato davvero impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Pulizia e comfort: gli spazi sono mantenuti con cura ossessiva. Tutto era immacolato, dagli ambienti comuni alle camere, dove non manca nulla. Un'attenzione ai dettagli che non passa inosservata. Accoglienza e staff. Discreti e altamente professionali, ma soprattutto genuinamente gentili e...
