En cuanto al personal, un 10. Muy atentos y simpáticos. Si vuelvo a Laredo lo elegiré de nuevo, sin dudarlo."

"Every thing was great. However, the day we check out, they didn’t mention the Santander airport opened at 5am. We left the hotel at 3am, waited out site the airport for 11/2hrs freezing until the doors open. No one at the hotel informed us of the airport schedule!!!"

"Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel. "

You could not have any chairs out there. The views were spectacular and the hotel is very well maintained. The only complain I have is that it is advertise that they have a spa and they do not have a spa. It closed during Covid and never opened. Also, there is no pool.
