Das Personal war stets freundlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück und abendbuffet war ansprechend und abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die bushaltestelle von wo aus man direkt nach Dubrovnik fahren kann. Das Hotel bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung."

"You will get the best view of Dubrovnik old town from almost everywhere in excelsior hotel. Breakfast is very good both in variety and quality. Rooms are in good standard, very clean and comfortable. Service are excellent. A bit pricey but if you don’t mind spending more for nice view and service, this hotel is a very good choice. Walkable distance to and from the old town (~10min)"

"Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs."

"Good things 1. Room is big and nice 2. Reception is ok 3. Location is not bad Should improve 1. Amenities 2 pillow is not comfortable 3 bathroom is clogged 4. Should improve housekeeping service 5. Too many steps to get to the room 6. Pay euro 802 for 2 nights which is not worth paying 7. I travel a lot but Not recommended with this price"
