"Nice hotel, fast check in. Located off the main road enough to not get road noise. Breakfast was basic, could use some fruit, but not bad. Never saw a breakfast attendee. Overall okay stay, but for the cost could have been more."

"The staff was great. They were very helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. We left our truck there while we were gone for 5 days, and there wasn't a scratch on it. I have to mention the shuttle lady. She was Great! We connected with her on many levels. She is fun, witty, and communicates well. She is a great asset to your company! "

"Hotel is big, tall ceilings, room was big plenty room for my husband and I. I loved it. Bed was also comfy. Wish we stayed longer! "

"The hotel is designed to be minimalistic, the room floor had plastic wrappers and plastic ties still on the floor. We had to go to the front desk to check out an ice bucket. I seriously doubt we would ever choose to stay at this facility again."

"The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind just gambling at Cherokee if passing by…"
