Then right as we was going to head to bed we looked for bedding for the pull out bed in the suite we booked nothing was in the room. So, we went to front desk asked for blankets and pillows. We was told he could only give us the blankets that pillows don’t come with the sofa bed. Their policy states no extra pillows. So, they couldn’t give us a pillow. "

"Construction happening on the second floor. I was on the first floor right underneath as they were using the tractor to get things to the second floor right over my window. Noise all day and I had to go to a local Starbucks for a meeting because I could not handle the noise in my room."

"The hotel was a bit of a mess as they were currently undergoing renovations. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay."

"First sent us to someone else room full of there stuff. Gave me another room which the toilet was clogged, stuff all over the floor my sister went to use a towel and there was weed all inside the towel. Went to the luke combs concert and came back to find BED BUGS!!! so we packed up and left that night. And the toilet was never fixed the whole time so we had to go in the tub after driving 4 hours. They did give me a full refund."
