"The service was amazing, Francesca, Judu, Nilo and Luis were just amaizing people. I felt safe there. The inside of fhe hotel is really clean, nice and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the best part is the you not to far or close to everything right in the middle, next to the airport. Definitely recommend if you want to really relax and get sun ☀️"

"Everything was great in Aruba!!..have to say this may be 1 of my best international vacation stays yet with my kids; although, I wish it could've been longer. I feel I didn't get to experience much of the downtown area. The staff were extremely welcoming. I didn't appreciate that even though it was all-inclusive, we had to sign for each food/drink transaction as a tip was always requested on the bill. The staff never pushed back on the guests to give the tip, but I'm a single parent traveling with kids and definitely didn't want to feel obligated to pay each time. Aside from that, the entertainment, food, drinks and hospitality was top-tier. I'm planning to go back again just maybe not within the next few years as my family and I have to see other parts of the world 1st.😃"

"Clean, modern facilities. Friendly, courteous professional staff. Excellent food options but restaurant reservations were a challenge. Very child friendly but not disruptive for adult activities. Beautiful beaches (of course!). Built in controls on bathroom mirrors indecipherable! I recommend hammocks for each patio/balcony and indoor retractable clothes line in bathrooms for wet clothes."

"Room was very clean and the property is beautiful! Pool is good size for the amount of rooms and the breakfast was really great. There were some very load guests while we were there, not hotels fault and had some minor room issues but they were fixed immediately. About a 20 mins walk from the downtown so prepare to walk a bit. "

"stayed with partner and we didn’t take the all-inclusive option. The food in the restaurants was delicious, everything was clean, and the territory was well maintained. The only downside was the staff not being very friendly. Compared to the Dominican Republic or Mexico, the service here felt much weaker and less customer-oriented. I think management should pay attention to this. The young women at the front desk, in particular, seemed unhappy doing their job. These are usually the people who create the first impression of the hotel, and unfortunately, our first impression due to a tired and unfriendly receptionist was not very good. Also, on the beach you need to grab umbrellas early, otherwise by around 11 a.m. there are no spots left. This is because not only hotel guests use the beach, but also outside visitors, who tend to take spots quickly. So that’s another small downside. Overall, we liked everything else."
