"I checked in after spending 2 sleepless nights due to flight delays. Stephanie was truly a breath of fresh air at the front desk and ensured my bags would be brought upstairs to my room promptly (they were). I chose this hotel quicly while en route and could not have been more impressed. The cleanliness was on point and the entire vibe was funky and fun. "Stayed for 5 nights with our two young kids. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Nice restaurant. We did the signature all inclusive and it met all our needs. I would definitely go back again. Staff was so nice and accommodating. I did request a crib. I was told it wasn’t guaranteed but it do show up around 8:30pm the night we checked in. Not ideal for a 2 year old but at least we had it. "

"Spent most of our day time at Infinity Pool, very nice, except for lack of chairs. Most are "gone" by 9am with just towels on them."

"Place was very neglected. Dirty furniture, place needs a lot of TLC. We left after 2 nights. Good thing we we able to get partial refund, Working with Expedia for a week."

"Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour."

"The room was fine but besides Andrew and Brandon, the staff was not accommodating. My last day there, the beach person decided not to believe I was a guest of the hotel and wouldn't seat me under the shade since they were for guests. Finally, he got me a chaise but no towels in the sun. Hours later, the chaises under the shade had still not been used and I was upset to the point of tears and burnt. Mind you, you can only get to the beach from the hotel. Even though they knew I was there for...

"There is private parking. There is a secure entry that has a separate lock. The site is very nice with lots of greenery. The host is very nice and accommodating. This property is back in a neighborhood. My first night there was some loud noises coming from the neighbors vehicle. Other than that the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold and the shower and bathroom were very nice. I walked about 10 minutes to some local restaurants."
