I checked in after spending 2 sleepless nights due to flight delays. Stephanie was truly a breath of fresh air at the front desk and ensured my bags would be brought upstairs to my room promptly (they were). I chose this hotel quicly while en route and could not have been more impressed. The cleanliness was on point and the entire vibe was funky and fun. The location was very central to everything. Transportation was very easy to reach, and tons of food options in the area. Felt safe at all times even when there was less people around. Clean, air conditioned room. Staff were very helpful. Location and overall impressions were fine for what I paid. Nice places for breakfast close, nice supermarket three blocks away. Area might look a little questionable but I didn’t experience any problems.

Did not like hotel location , but it was a few streets over from the main areas of activity. Customer service was limited , person was not available or spoke no English. The room was small ,it was hard to shower without touching the shower curtain in the bathroom . We had to lift the luggage up a flight of stairs . We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room after check out time , since we had a later flight and no one was there to store it for us , which we appreciated .The owner arranged the taxi pick up for us as well . I would not stay there again .

It was my husband birthday and I booked last min and let me tell you 10/10. Go ahead and book the staff and everyone was welcoming. Walking distance from everything we needed to go.
