"For the high price of room, the hotel looked somewhat neglected. Our bathroom had mold, hair, and dirt in the shower. The room was extremely noisey from the interstate traffic because the cheap windows did not seal properly. We will not stay at a Holiday Inn Express again."

"The check in was smooth and the clerk was friendly and professional but it was all downhill from there . The hallway to the room was very old and worn looking. The place had obviously not been updated in 20 or 30 years. The room was just as bad . Run down ! There was a picture on the wall that had obviously fallen at one time so the glass was broken and loose.The fan in the bathroom was very loud and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close unless you really forced it .The faucet in the bath tub wouldn’t stop dripping. Obviously it had been dripping for a long time . It caused the metal around the drain to be rusty .Things got worse when we decided to go to sleep . Pulling back the covers revealed sheets that had large yellow stains on them. Both the top and bottom sheets were stained .I went to the desk and told the clerk about them and he apologized and got fresh sheets and brought them up to re make the bed . I asked if we could be moved to another room and he said he was sorry but the rooms were all booked.He finished putting the new sheets on the bed and apologized again . He said he was the only employee in the building at that time and was doing everything himself. He seemed to do the best he could. I wouldn’t blame him for anything. It just seemed the management didn’t care about the condition of the property. They were probably making money and not putting any of it back into the property .On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this place a 3. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !"

"Musty smell in room. Grossly stained washcloth. Something yellow/orange and hard on the bed fitted sheet. I’ve provided photos to the hotel and received a sarcastic response with “we apologize”. I reached out to corporate and have heard nothing back. "
