"Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again. Thank you! 5 stars from me."

"A wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Accommodation was very clean, powerful shower. Bar and food menu extensive, with a park for children. Near to Warton, Lytham and Lytham St Anne's. An excellent location. Would totally recommend."

"The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days."

"Check in was very efficient and she answered our questions quickly. Her dining recommendation was very solid. Delightful room with essentially a glass wall, lots of light. Nice bedding, lighting, kettle coffee/tea, furnishings. Quite a bit of people noise and room door lock beeping in the hallway. "Basic room however a heater is included and bed was clean and unlike some local alternatives didn't have bed bugs, unfortunately I had an issue when I arrived back in the room it was quite like nearly 11pm I messaged the hosts and it was literally fully resolved in space of 5 mins I will definitely be visiting again "

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. "Very impressed with this hotel. Our room was clean, with a separate little area with two bunk beds, two TV’s and a PlayStation for children. I was happy to see Yorkshire tea and proper milk in the room and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice and nice full English. Friendly staff and a nice bar. Right next to the rollercoaster and pleasure beach. I’d recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again."
