"An expensive mistake met with appalling customer service.
I was booking many hotels via Expedia for our month-long trip in France, and accidentally made a duplicate reservation for two rooms for two nights at Brit Hotel Dieppe through Expedia.
I accept that the booking mistake was mine. What extremely disappointed me deeply was the handling of my request for help.
When I spoke with the manager, she told me that because I had booked through Expedia, I needed to seek a refund from them....

"Welcoming and accommodating staff.
Not near the beaches of Dieppe, if this is what you are looking for. I misread the map!
A nice hotel with quite small rooms but with welcome extras in the room. Good food. Not a “luxury” hotel as described on Expedia, but a great place to lay your head if you want to visit Dieppe."
