"The view was beautiful. The rooms were clean. It’s just the staff that needed help. They seemed very disorganized. When we checked out, we took the ferry. They explained they would deliver our bags for us. Which they did, but they were marked for St Ignes and not our actual destination- Mackinac city. My husband and I both were very clear on Mackinac city as they asked twice. But they still sent them to the wrong destination. One of the bags that they delivered they tied so tight with a knot...

"This hotel was on the water, had great amenities, and you can see the marina from many of the rooms, so watching the drone show and fireworks is as easy as walking to your balcony/patio. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, check in was easy, rooms were clean and quiet. Next time hopefully we will stay when it is warmer and we'll be able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub, but it looked clean and nice! Plus you can literally swim outside while looking at the straits/Lake Huron,...
