" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "

"Lovely room, clean, quiet and nicely decorated in a separate building just beside the pub. Plenty of parking spaces so no long walk with bags and no steps up to the accommodation which made life easy. The staff were friendly and the evening meal was good. We had breakfast freshly cooked to order in the lovely bar/restaurant area and the choice and portions were plentiful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. We thought it was really good value for money and highly recommend."

The cleanliness of the whole complex was very good.The pool looked amazing but unfortunately we didn't pack our swim stuff! "Arrived relatively later on in the day, and reception was closed, but it was not an issue as I picked up my key from the security office, which is not far from the hotel at all, and they were very helpful and quick to give me the room key and swipe card for the building. Parking was also very easy as you just park in the main UEA car park then use the terminal next to the lift to validate your registration for free parking. Room was immaculate and had great amenities, full tea and coffee...
