The location near the station was good for us, given we had an early morning train to catch. And it was good for travelling with kids because it has two separate sleeping areas. The accommodation itself wasn't anything special, but that's fine for the price and convenience, if you just need a place to sleep and don't plan to spend much time there. There are very steep and slightly winding stairs which made it a bit annoying for carrying suitcases up, and tricky getting up and down with a small kid. That said, I'd still choose it again if I had to stay somewhere close to the station. Other reviews said the location feels a bit unsafe, but we didn't feel that at all. It's pretty quiet with some nice cafes nearby.

The location of the property in relation to central station is excellent. The property also appears to have full functioning kitchen. It has a washing machine which we wanted and used. The apartment was dirty. The manager and staff member were helpful in resolving this over maybe a two hour period. The toilet was also dirty. The floor looked like it had no cleaning. We used the bathrooms at central station while our apartment was being properly cleaned. The light in Toilet did not work. The staff member gave me a new light fitting to install. I fear it will not last long as was very dim when we checked out after three nights. The front entrance door glass has been broken and there was timber in place. Not a good look. One would think this would be attended to quickly. Hotel has another name to Rotterdam Inn on building. Go figure!

Fantastic Stay with a Wonderful Host!

A huge thank you to Renoeska for being such a wonderful host—so welcoming, accommodating, and attentive! The apartment is in the perfect location, just a short walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient. We stayed here for ASOT and couldn’t have asked for a better spot—it was close to the venue, and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

A great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The kitchen had everything we needed, except an oven but the microwave may have been an oven of some sort. The beds were firm and comfortable. The shower was strong and drained well. The place was perfect for three people and we have no complaints. Fantastic five nights here and we’d recommend this place!

The apartment is very close to the Rotterdam Central Station. There are different apartments at the same place. The apartment 11 is on the ground floor, so it is very easy to reach. It is quite spacious, with toilet, bathroom, kitchen with complete amenities. Washing machine and a small fridge are also available. Just the location in the google map is not very accurate. From the central station, it is further down the road. Overall, very satisfied.

I gave 2 stars because of its convenient location near the train station and for being in a nice neighborhood next to the canal. The building is beautiful from the outside, but that is its only redeeming quality. I suggest you admire it from the outside and avoid staying in it. This place is an old apartment with many units; each is tiny. There are many challenges with this building. First, the stairs are steep and narrow with many turns. It is hard to climb, especially with luggage. Second, there is no AC. When we arrived, it was 32C inside. We opened the windows to cool the apartment down. We later found many mosquitoes inside. Each of us were bitten alive throughout the night. We tried to cover ourselves with blankets but with the high temperature, it was impossible. We saw many blood stains on the wall, realizing they are from the mosquitoes killed from previous residents. The third challenge is from the shower, as it is higher than the rest of the bathroom floor. The bathroom floods every time we shower. It took us 10-15 minutes to clean up with towels. We did not wash our hair for 3 days, afraid that it would flood in the living area. Last but not least, the hotel says it has laundry for its residents, but the washer and dryers on every floor were always occupied by the apartment keeper, using it to wash the whole building’s blanket and towels. We had to go to a laundromat and wait there for two hours to get our laundry done. I do not recommend this apartment.
