"Excellent location. Lockers available for early arrival. Helpful staff."

"Pros: parking on site for 20 euros per night, Decent sized bright room with high ceiling. Big walk in shower with great water pressure. Easy walk to attractions. Cons: WiFi/data service was bad! Our room looked at a wall. Minimal counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. The mattress was too hard for our taste."

"Really nice hotel!"

"Modern facilities inside an old building Great location close to everything Friendly staff Highly recommended"

"Come here to enjoy a classically welcoming hotel , meticulously designed to highlight the Austrian beauty of a water facing palace. Our room had a small elegant sitting area and a beautiful bedroom. We loved sitting in the charming lobby under exquisite chandeliers sipping Aperols. This hotel was an easy walk to the grand plazas . This was our second visit!. Grazie mille"

"Great!"

"Beautiful old building in a very nice location in Trieste. We had a wonderful stay in every way"

"The property is perfectly located - one short block from the Grand Canal, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and about 5 minutes to the harbour front. Luca, the owner, was very easy to communicate with, mostly via WhatsApp, and met us outside the building to give us the keys and show us around. "Room was clean and close to main site seeing areas."

"Tres bel accueil. Personnel chaleureux Chambre tres propre et tres silencieuse. Nous avons tres bien dormis apres plusieurs heures d'avion et de train. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hébergement."

"The location is a bit hidden but the room was very comfortable, within walking distance (15-20 min) from train station and the pier area as well as other things to see. They had a really nice breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again if our travels return us here."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr Hilfsbereit"

"Great!"

"Staff was extremely helpful in helping us locate a place for laundry and super friendly. Located close to city canter and what a party the city was having the night we arrived! Would stay here again!"

"Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and the "band" was playing incredibly loud in the street below. they told us the band will be playing till at least after midnight. My wife and i literally couldn't hear each other talk in the room. I had to ask to move rooms, which was at 10pm, and they begrudgingly moved us to another part of the hotel (we were in an apartment type unit) which they said was a more expensive hotel room, but didn't charge us. They would not adjust the AC either, the...
