"The amazing 4 poster bed was beautiful. Food in the restaurant and bar was good and the location is very convenient. Be cautious with the very narrow entrance to the car park, a sharp turn off the busy road. Oddly my room locked on the outside but there was no keyhole inside so somebody could have locked me in, and I did not like that at all. Ask about your room when checking in."

Didn't like the strong smell of air freshener on the first night felt like it was an attempt to mask something as could have sworn we smelt cannabis around the landing etc the first night, gone the second night and we only stayed the two nights. "Very small room (booked the cosy room), but it had a lovely view and window. If I didn’t it would be a little claustrophobic. Very small spa but luckily nobody was in there. Spa isn’t included for people staying the night so you have to pay £15 per person per hour. Beautiful beach and attentive staff. I’d return ☺️ "

"Room was clean but very tired as was the building in general . Breakfast was plenty but cooked breakfast was not fresh as in sausages were hard to cut and bacon crispy and dry . Have stayed there many times in the past, it’s a lovely building in style but unfortunately hasn’t been lovingly cared for by Greene King brewery. Shower was hot and quite powerful but no shower/bath mat available was a case of do I break anything on my body trying to climb out of bath as so slippery "

"Great place to stay and the owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable with loads of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I didnt realise we could park there (for a fee) so I'd already booked parking.It's 5 minutes by cab to Gqtwick and the bus stop for Gatwick is right outside the Farmhouse. I'm sold, we're staying there everytime we fly from Gatwick. Great people to do business with. "

"I wasn't aware of the availability of breakfast. The man who I checked in with at the front counter didn't mention anything about breakfast. The washroom is a bit cramped and it took me a bit to figure out the shower faucet. There were also a few tiny bugs crawling on the bathroom floor."
