Есть номера на мансардном этаже (3-й этаж). Для высоких людей не совсем удобно. Имейте это ввиду.

Прекрасный вариант для путешествия

Прекрасный отель во всем! Расположение!!!!! Прямо у стен Кремля! Всё рядом! Своя парковка! Отзывчивый, внимательный и очень вежливый персонал!!!!! Огромные номера! В одном номере на 3 этаже легко разместятся 2 взрослых и 3, да 3 ребенка!!!!!! Это редкость, поверьте!!!!! Отличный ужин в ресторане и не очень дорогой! Вкусные настойки) Завтрак в кафе входил в стоимость проживания. При заезде выбираешь один из 5 вариантов на свой вкус! Все очень достойно!

Отличное место расположения, хороший вайфай, очень вежливые сотрудники на ресепшн, все удобно. Нет каких-то современных сервисов, довольно скромно, но на несколько дней прямо отлично.

Great hotel

What a fantastic little hotel, right beside Rostov Kremlin. Some work being done outside but it will be great when it’s finished. Staff could not have been more helpful and the cafe Appetit next door was also great. Pears in honey were a real hit. Thank you, Rostov.

Удивительный отдых в Ростове Великом

Отель не новый, но все работает. Однако, очень много мелочей, которые бросаются в глаза - непропылесосенный ковролин, плесень в санузле на санкабине душевой, вырванные розетки, изношенные кровати, белье с ржавыми небольшими пятнами, непролуманный завтрак в соседнем кафе Аппетит - который кстати был включен в стоимость проживания - но так как был большой заезд с 28 сентября - на завтраке было 70 человек в небольшом помещении с 7 столами - был просто АУТ - по 40 минут ждали места за столом и саму еду и тд. Не организовано - есть над чем работать новой команде персонала отеля. И перед отелем ИДЕТ РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ ПЛОЩАДИ В РОСТОВЕ - ВАРНИНГ - ЕСЛИ КОМУ ТО МЕШАЕТ ЗВУК РЕМОНТА ДОРОГИ!!!! В целом за свои деньги - все ок, но хотелось бы чтобы новый хозяин отеля влил денежные потоки именно на устранение всех замечаний - они небольшие, но их много. Мы проживали в 210 номере - если что. Берете прораба - и делаете дефектную ведомость по номерам - на основании ее - смету - выделяете финансирование - и вперед, за орденами.... Извините, если что не так написал - это мое личное мнение.... Владимир. Мы в Ростове Великом были наверное более чем в 15 отелях - часто тут бываем, поэтому есть с чем сравнивать. С теми, кто скажет - "А что вы ожидали за пару тысяч руб в сутки за троих?" - Я не соглашусь. Это тоже деньги, и их трата должна быть оправданна. Услуги должны быть на норм.уровне - чего всем и желаю. Спасибо.

N'ayons pas peur des mots: nous avons été déçus par cet hôtel. Hormis le fait que le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, on avait presque l'impression qu'ils n'aimaient pas les étrangers. Une de nos chambres n'avait pas été bien nettoyée (on l'a changée), pas de clim, lits pas très confortables... Bref, le seul point positif est le fait qu'il suffit de traverser la rue pour aller visiter le Kremlin de Rostov... Do not be afraid of words: we were disappointed by this hotel. Aside from the fact that the staff do not speak a word of English, it almost seemed like they did not like strangers. One of our rooms was not cleaned well (we changed it), no air conditioning, beds not very comfortable ... In short, the only positive point is the fact that you just have to cross the street to visit the Rostov Kremlin ...

Уютный недорогой отель у кремлевской стены

Выбрали отель из-за его удачного для туристов расположения у входа в Ростовский кремль. Небольшой уютный отель, чистый, симпатичный, недорогой. У нас был угловой номер на троих в мансарде. Порадовали теплый номер, большая ванная с теплыми полами. В номере холодильник, нагреватель-кондиционер (не пригодился). Из мансардного окна мало что видно, так как оно расположено высоко. Зато если встать на стул - открывается красивый вид на Кремль. )) В холле на этаже - стол для настольно тенниса, питьевая вода, диваны. Плохая звукоизоляция: было слышно хождение по коридору, всю ночь грохотал шифер на крыше из-за сильно ветра (ночь была очень ветреная). Стойка регистрации работает круглосуточно. Персонал доброжелательный. На ресепшене могут дать карту города - спрашивайте. На завтрак с вечера предложили выбрать 1 из 5 вариантов горячего: омлет с сосисками или беконом, овсяная каша, блины, сырники. Кроме того, подпет чай, тосты, масло, сыр. Кофе - за отдельную плату. Каша была довольно вкусная; омлет с беконом с запеканка, поданная под видом сырников, не понравились. Цена невысокая. Отель в целом оставил хорошее впечатление. С учётом низкой цены, можно сказать, очень хорошее. На фотографиях: наша дочь около отеля (вереди - Кремль, слева - отель); тот самый вид на Кремль из окна мансарды со стула; вид отеля снаружи.

Отель для неприхотливых в быту паломников.

Отель расположен в отличном месте, 100 метров до входа в Ростовский кремль, 50 метров до ярмарки местных сувениров, 300 метров до озера Неро. А вот удобство номеров очень на низком уровне, кровати и телевизоры старые, мебель стоит крайне неудобно. Расчёт на неприхотливых к удобствам быта паломникам по святым местам.

Отель неплохой.жили на 3этаже на мансарде иногда бились головой об потолок,для эконома все было прилично.небыло холодильника и штор.номер312.достаточно тихо,чисто на4.снимаю звезду за запах еды во всем отеле! Расположение отличное!

Под бойницами кремля

Очень удобно расположенный отель у самого Ростовского кремля, а напотив - ряды с местными сувенирами. Номера в старом здании, но с неплохим ремонтом, в целом чисто и опрятно. Завтрак надо предзаказывать, т.е. шведского стола нет, а надо выбирать из нескольких вариантов, но и овсянка, и омлет, и сырники очень понравились. Кофе, впрочем, за отдельную плату. Из минусов - очень слабый вай-фай, в номере не ловится вообще, да и на ресепшен не пускает в интернет. В Ростове не везде хорошее покрытие мобильного интернета, так что вай фай расстроил. И архаичная система, когда тв надо включать через соседний ресивер (сразу не разобраться, а никакой простой инструкции рядом, зачем два пульта и что на каждом жать, нет)
