"First time I have stayed here. A real find. A bit quirky but overall excellent. Rooms come with fridge which vontained some fresh smoked salmon and Brie plus ol and water. Also breakfast is a very good DIY with granola and yogurts provided plus croissants and French pastries, jams etc. Also the hotel has a brilliant restaurant which you have to book as the locals know about it too. The car park can be a little tight and the stairs no lift would challenge the infirm. Overall a fabulous good value...

"The home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. "

"The hotel is at the end of the main street in town, someone was there to greet us. Welcome us in. We don’t have to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room is quite small that clean. We enjoyed the breakfast there and the proximity to everything in town."
