We then requested additional pillows so he could sleep in our bed and after calling down 3 times and it getting near midnight I had to walk down to reception to request."

The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."
