"Room was spacious and clean. Wasn't here for very long. Breakfast was excellent and a good size. Only downside was the info about the shuttle. I called and got the shuttle info which was only partially correct. After a late flight it was a bit frustrating to wait so long. So if you are taking the shuttle, go to terminal 2 or 5. Terminal 2 is door 2E and pickup is every 15 and 45 after the hour (not 30 and hour as the message says)."

"room was clean, hotel very nice, parking was a bit annoying as they have no parking directly by the hotel or valet but to be expected with downtown chicago. still would 10/10 recommend"

"Cons: Bathroom was a bit outdated. Tub difficult to get in and out of. Elevators are tiny. Pros: Friendly staff, easy to check in and out, valet parking easy to use, great breakfast buffet, used a second party vendor and had no complications, decent price, nice ambience, food hours went well beyond the norm, soft comfy beds-pillows-blankets."
