"Lovely hotel in a lovely location. The only thing I could see improving is the breakfast. Right now they provide a continental breakfast, hard boilded eggs, fruit, toast, yogurt, cereal but the restaurant is set up so beautifully with a walkway to the river, one would expect to have a hot breakfast included, even if it were scrambled eggs and bacon. The restuarant is so nice, the food should match, it's a bit of a wasted opportunity."

"Pleasantly surprised with this property. Small room, but clean and very comfortable. You don't need much more. Bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was more than sufficient and had good options. The parking lot was full, which implies a full house. Would stay there again next time in the area."

"Everything was fine, with one exception. The shuttle driver made me anxious on the journey to the airport. He constantly looked like he was about to go over the middle line on the road. He drove much too close to the yellow line. Everytime a vehicle approached in the oncoming lane I felt anxiety. This was not very courteous on his part as an employee of Holiday Inn. It also appeared that he could not speak English, and made no effort to communicate in French. He could do with a crash course in...

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport was really slow all the other hotels were there 4 times before ours showed up we waited an hour and 20 mins for pick up. The pool needs to be cleaned also"

"Nice and quiet with polite staff, we loved the lady working in the breakfast area. The pool was dirtier than we'd like, but it's a little more understandable in the off season with maintenence and painting taking priority. The room was lovely and there are some useful bus lines around for getting into the city. All around could've been a touch cleaner but otherwise a wonderful stay."

"Just needed a place to stay close to the airport and via rail station. Convenient for both. Comfortable bed and able to use the mini fridge to store foods needed for the next day. I didn’t leave the property as I arrived around 9pm and left by 6am. Wasn’t able to check out their breakfast"

"There was a hockey group staying at the hotel, and unfortunately both the parents and kids regularly left a mess that your staff had to clean up. I’m not sure why this was allowed to continue. Customer service at the front desk was average. The older gentleman who checked us in came across as a bit standoffish. I asked about a late checkout, and he said it wasn’t possible because a large group was arriving Sunday—even though we weren’t leaving until Monday. When I pointed that out, he still...
