"The hotel itself and the rooms are nice. But the downtown is has a lot of homelessness and some were even hanging out in the doorway. The hotel locks the doors from 9pm(?) onwards and it makes entering and exiting the hotel feel unpleasant. The hotel and the room was good. Parking was also a problem. The underground parade had a 6ft height limit and the extra parking in the back alley felt deeply unsafe. We parked a block away on Lawrence st."

"Great location, great property, very clean. And the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great even with an entire football team at the location. There was never a shortage of anything for breakfast."

"Very beautiful location next the Lake Walk and Yacht club. Spacious apartment with great views. Friendly staff!"

"Very small rooms. Could not figure the tv out. Was loud for a bit at night."

"The rooms feel like a dorm room. It was the smallest window that claimed to be “water” view. They need updating in a bad way - especially for the cost!! Restaurant was great!"

"beds were a bit high, but overall good stay"

"Breakfast that was included with the room was excellent. The dining area for breakfast was spotless. You could eat off the floor. There was also a restaurant 5 minute walk which provided excellent service and food."

"Very clean and and comfortable. Excellent location for shopping and visiting the lake"

"Great stay"

"Friendly staff, warm cookie nice touch, easy convenient parking, walkable breakfast, comfortable beds and we loved the inside/outside pool for a sunset swim. The water was warm in the pool, only lots of insects floating around that we scooped out with the net. The Toiletries soap/shampoo was a really nice scent. Highly recommend Frind winery on the beach for wine tasting and Il Mercado Social Kitchen for a delicious Italian dinner experience."

"Our hosts, Suzana and Allen, were very welcoming. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The highlight of course was breakfast each day. The eating area is bright and cheery with a wonderful view of the valley. Suzana prepared a delicious variety of foods with fresh, local ingredients - many dishes were her own recipes. Allen brewed fresh coffee every morning and kept our cups topped up. On our last morning we were also treated to his Apple Cottage Cheese Bake. We especially liked that...
