Hotel agradable

No esta mal en general lo que si Ponia son unas Camas que no sea la cama de matrimonio sofa cama no da una impression bonita ahhhhhh y destacar al camarero de la piscina super simpatico,, Buena animación pero no da la talla de uno de 4 estrellas.

La estacian esta super bien lo malo era el servicio de limpieza que tarda mucho en limpiar la habitaciones. Luego comida todo super bueno todo.

el hotel bien en general. la habitación bien,las cama un poco duras y la almohada muy blanda y bajita. la limpieza muy buena. el restaurante las horas muy cortas, no hay mucha variedad y aun que reponen no daban abasto los camareros estaban desbordados. las bebidas buenas pero también se agotaban muy pronto. la piscina limpia pero con mucho cloro y muchas hamaca muy deterioradas por el tiempo. tiene que renovarlas casi todas y casi todas ocupadas. también es verdad que hemos ido en el puente de san Juan y creo que estaba casi al 100% el hotel y el aparta hotel y por ello la aglomeración de gente el hotel y servicios estaban desbordados. En general bien

Central yet laid back

The hotel is located a few blocks away from the main restaurant area to one side and the seaside to the other. Basically well positioned of those wishing all the pleasure within walking distance yet crave a good night sleep. Great people at the hotel, nice bar and outside area. Enjoyed three good days there.

Paid for upgrade room with jacuzzi, unfortunately, engine was burned out and not functioning, so had a warm bath instead. Hotel ok, staff tried to be helpful, so cant fault them for non- maintained equipment. Indoor & outdoor pools nice. Getting here by rental car was interesting, driving thru the vegetable growing region of Spain, huge , white ,plastic greenhouses everywhere. This would not have been a destination I would have chosen, had I been better informed. This town is like a retirement community, there is a beach and restaurants and bars around but it reminds me of Atlantic City, just kind of run down and touristy in a phony way. Excited to leave and head to a more metropolitan city.

I an not inpressad at all with this Hotel and do bot recommend it. The wifi ess out of order.. How hard CSN it be to fix or provide free usage of à stationary computer. The one they jag cost quite alot. The pool was closed and they dident say why.. The breakfast which was included was ok and amounted up to expectations. The Roms were really not good. To bad

Excellent location

Very pleasant, comfortable and high class service. Would recommend this hotel as it is equal distant to either the beach area or the town. Very helpful staff. Spacious rooms with en suite. No complaints.

Para dormir bien

La habitacion es amplia la atencion es buena pero el servicio de buffet es el peor que jamas he visto en un hotel. Sin variedad, comida hecha de hace dias, todo frito. es la 3 vez que me alojo pero cada vez el servicio del buffet ha sido peor. Solo recomiendo si vas por aquella zona dormir.

We stayed here O/Nite in April. The hotel was good value, busy on the Saturday night. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, the meals were excellent value. Overall a good stay.

Citymar Bellavista in Roquetas de Mar

We stayed at this hotel for one night in November, whilst passing through. I do not recommend going to Roquetas de Mar out of season, as nearly everything is closed - there were only a few restaurants open and nothing else. The hotel was OK. We had breakfast in the hotel, but it was terrible. They didn't have any butter, but told us not to worry as they would have some in tomorrow! They only offered hard boiled eggs, and they ran out during the breakfast

Hay que rebajar la categoria del hotel

Alguien debe de tomar medidas para que rebajen las estrellas a este hotel. La hora de entrada es de 12 a 14h. hasta las 16h. no me la dieron. El agua de la piscina sucia, desague de duchas piscina atascadas, comedor tercermundista, buffet malo, malo, malo, para un hotel de 4 estrellas. No tienen frigorifico las habitaciones, y así podia seguir media hora mas. Por favor antes de reservar este hotal, hacer uso de estos consejos y decidiros por otro.

hotel citimar bellavista mejor de lo que esperaba

El hotel está reformado, sobre todo las habitaciones las esperaba más antiguas. Lo malo es que se nota que esta escasos de personal, la havitación no estuvo lista hasta casi las 2 de la tarde, mientras esperamos en el bar de la piscina( que está muy bien de precio) son muy agradables. Lo que encontre más flojo, la animación de la noche, el chico que hay de dia es estupendo, muy gracioso

En general, estancia agradable (entorno, comidas, amabilidad del personal) aunque con algunos "peros": - Tardan demasiado en solucionar posibles inconvenientes (tuve un problema con el sofá cama que tardaron dos días en resolver). - Piscina bastante sucia. - Falta personal para atender adecuadamente a los clientes del hotel y de los apartamentos. - La animación deja bastante que desear (y esto va por el tal Hugo). Por lo demás, y si no eres muy exigente, es recomendable sobre todo por la relación calidad-precio.

Me han robado en la habitacion

Son unos chorizos, me han robado en la habitacion. Han sido las limpiadoras entraron en la habitacion del hotel 4 veces, estaba en el registro y el director no me ofrece ninguna solucion y me han robado un movil de 500 €. NO vayais a ese hotel, si podeis eligir otro hacedlo

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

I'm glad we had to stay here only for 2 nights. Problems began just as we arrived. First of all, it is really hard to find parking place. And then it turned out that it is not for free (though we parked in 100m from hotel just on the street)...but we didn't pay,it is not fair! Then when we'd got keys and went to our room we found there two guys repairing air conditioning...we waited for 10 mins in the coridor and then it turned out that we should go back to reception and ask for another room. The room itself was good and spacious, with balcony overlooking the pool. At night it was freezing cold and a/c could not be switched off. We even had to open balcony and use blankets. In the morning I heard a lot of people complaining about the cold at night... Next night it was a bit warmer, but still very uncomfortable... The buffet was not good at all so I really felt sorry about people who paid for all 3 meals per day there (we had only breakfasts).. The juice and water at the hotel was awfull (water was a bit salty and seemed like they got it just from the tap), I couldn't even drink a tea.. fruits were unfresh, fried eggs had a taste of bad oil and etc.etc. I was surprised that we finally didn't had food poisoning... if you still decide to stay here I would advice to have meals in the nearby restaurants. The location of hotel is not bad, it is about 10 mins of walking from the beach. But I really hope that the rest of hotels in Roquetas De Mar are better...

Far away

If you are not driving this hotel is a pain to get to. From almeria you have to take a bus, which doesn't run that often and is consistently late. Don't rely on the bus to get you back to the train station. Everytime we took the bus it was at least 20 minutes late and it takes over an hour to get to Almeria. This hotel does not have a beach view, it's not even really that close. Like 5-10 minute walk. The breakfast was only open for 2 hours, but wasn't too bad, but we had it included in our price. I wouldn't pay extra for it.. The wifi is really really slow. The room wasn't bad, and the people were helpful for the most part. Oh DON'T use their laundry room. 2 euro to wash, the clothes were still sopping wet and smelled terrible, like mildew, then 3 euro to dry. We did a normal load and we had to dry twice and the clothes were still wet. So 8 euros later we had stinky wet clothes. What a rip off. The pool was freeeeeeeeezing. The shower/sink/bidet had some issue so every 30 seconds or so the water would get scalding hot for no reason at all. Even on the bidet so watch out.

Mala organización

tardaron bastante tiempo en darme la habitación, cuando llego a ella no había mando de TV y tampoco existía tarjeta de bienbenida con los horarios de salón, piscina, bar,etc. tuve que pedir varias veces en recepción el mando de la tv y cuando me lo dejan en la habitación con la tarjeta de bienvenida, mi sorpresa es que me la han dado con los datos del anterior huesped del hotel. ¿cuál sería la cara que pondría uno si su información de Nombre, dirección, DNI, etc. estuviera al alcance de cualquiera? sólo pedir a la dirección del hotel que se preocupe a la hora de la preparación de las habitaciones y en el trato a sus huespedes, ya que son los que vuelven si existe un buen trato. gracias
