Not happy with the place good service nice staff

I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. Tha magical show very good and the live music also good. We had enough of the staff entertainment throught out the day wasnt necessary also the night. Will never go back years ago i went and it was brilliant gone down a lot.

L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel a été très apprécié. L'accès à la mer en 2mn à pied, impeccable. La chambre très spacieuse. Ce que l'on a moins apprécié est la qualité un peu moyenne de la nourriture pour un 4 étoiles. Peu diversifiée et trop souvent tiède. Animations un peu limites.

No repito ni recomiendo. Mala experiencia, han llamado a mi puerta a las 12 de la noche llegando incluso a abrirla, que clase de controles tienen de los huespedes y habitaciones ocupadas? Habitación baja de comodidad con una tele que parece pantalla de video vigilancia de los 80 (adjunto foto) y almohadas con mal olor.... Luego comentar tambien sobre el mal protocolo sanitario anti covid, servicio de restaurante con poca o ninguna medida de seguridad.

Buen hotel para todo incluido

Hotel con un personal muy agradable, mucha animación, comida rica y variada. Piscina perfecta y playa a 3 minutos. Buena zona de aparcamiento. Habitación cómoda y muy limpia.

No merece la pena lo que pagas por lo que recibes.

El hotel no se merece un 4 estrellas más bien un 2 todo antiquísimo comida malísima y repetida estado de sombrillas y tumbonas fatal no hay césped solo piedras blancas en definitiva no volveré a ir ...y toda la bebida de marca lleva suplemento, no entra ni acuarios, nestea,batidos, bebida de garrafón mala hotel pésimo

La animación y actividades para nińos excelente. El inconveniente para mi la limpieza de las paredes, principalmente en el restaurante y la habitación, y en las sillas del restaurante.
