"Staff were kind and even had stuffed otters to give to my sons at the front desk. Breakfast packs were provided for the hikers who left the hotel to catch sunrises before the breakfast area opened up - very considerate. Thanks for everything!"

1) The sofa bed needs to be more comfortable and steady
2) Kithech needs a few more utensils and an exhaust"
"Checking in was super easy at 2am. She gave us papers of Acadia and bar harbor downtown, offered to print our pass for us, and even called down as soon as we got in to see if we needed more towels or bedding. Super friendly. Nice breakfast. "
"This apartment was so beautiful and located next to a charming Main Street with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops.
It was perfect for the 3 of us at the end of our trip. It’s pretty close to Acadia National Park without all the regular drama of the crowd in Bar Harbor."
"We did our research and knew what to expect when it came to showers, electricity, etc. Staff was excellent - very accommodating. We would stay at Under Canvas again. Only slight negative, we underestimated the number of families with small children. "

"I saw several reviews knocking this place. It's not a Hilton, it's a nice roadside motel. I saw 1 spider, no roaches or drug addicts in the parking lot. What i did observe, was a place that was reasonable priced, central to what i needed. Staff was friendly, polite, and my room was very clean (just older facility). I would hesitate to stay here again if i ever came back to Acadia. "
