"The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem,...

"Beautiful view!! Great get-a-way to be able to be outside the city and relax. A true oasis. Nice room. Very friendly owner, helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was continental and somewhat limited but this may have been because circumstances left them short handed on our one day stay. I would absolutely stay there again."

"This is an amazing location and city. You have everything within walking distance and this hotel is very well located near it all. Great staff that were very helpful. You don’t need a car, we left our’s in the parking garage 1 km away. Great breakfast in the morning as well. "

"Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, the best pork i have eaten while in Spain, the room was basic but clean, there was some excessive noise after midnight as our room was opposite the bar & restaurant but we still enjoyed our 2 night stay."
