It was a great stay for me and my wife , the staff was extremely helpful in navigating the city as well as the breakfast was very delicious and loved that they can accommodate our dietary needs as it wasn't a buffet, which we loved as we could order something to our needs. "The Palazzo Avino is an outstanding hotel! We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation there! It is beautiful both inside an out with beautiful vistas from every corner, window, seat etc. My favourite part of the resort is their private beach club down by the sea. It is magnificent as well! The water is beautiful and your lounges are perch just above the sea. Remember to reserve a spot at the beach club when you arrive as there are only about 15 spots there!!!"

"Definitely wouldn’t categorize this as a 4 star hotel. Not a very welcoming or hospitable vibe. Toiletries were not replenished ever, nor was the fridge/ water in our room ever restocked. There was no “lounge” area. Ordered a beer by the pool and it took 25 minutes. Woke up from a nap and a spider crawled out of my pillow. Lots of ants throughout the property. Long trek to get into town and there’s plenty more convenient/ nicer options of very nice hotels for the same price if not cheaper...
