"Staff still had much to learn mainly concerning breakfast offerings. Lukewarm coffee one morning and the yogurt machine needed refill but staff didn’t want to break it. We stayed 4 nights and never got maid service for trash, clean towels etc. one door lock was busted and anyone could come in from the outside."

"Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!"

"สะอาด ปลอดภัยดีคะ แก้ปัญหา รวดเร็วดี เปน มิตรดี มี servicemind"

"We love the Grant St Inn. It’s very convenient for visiting our son at IU. It’s centrally located and walking distance to campus Kirkwood Ave., and our favorite restaurants. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable - nice and clean. And all the little extras are very thoughtful: homemade breakfast, homemade cookies and brownies in the evening with coffee and tea available all day not to mention the little bowls of candy. It’s really a very sweet little Inn."

"It’s great location and staff are friendly. The room is clean and quiet. The lack of some amenities like a gym and the bathrooms are really small"

"What a gem in Bloomington. Will definitely stay again!"

"Excellent in every way."

"Great room, would stay again. Close to IU campus"

"Breakfast"

"The room was not clean. Kitchenette was fine probably doesn’t get used much and convenient. Bathroom was horrid there was dust on upper cabinet space. Seriously a simple wet rag would take care of that but it looked like ornament been touched in a very long time which concerns me for the rest of the room. I was seriously afraid to sleep in the beds and carpet in the room in a college town is also concerning"

"I booked a standard room with 2 queen beds. I was told upon arrival that I had booked an accessible room. We were put in an accessible room on the first floor next to the lobby, the stairs, the ice maker and the vending machines. In other words we were put in the loudest room possible after being in the car for about 14 hours to get there. The room was dirty. The floor was dirty, the lamp shades were dirty, the sheets felt dirty. It was gross. The a/c was not well maintained and kept making...

"Major billing issues for my rooms. Facility is old has not been maintained well. Shower was slanted with and very slippery. Room smelled. Do not book!"

"The staff had to start my TV when I checked in, but three next morning it didn't work. The was only one central ice machine. At breakfast there was no orange juice or milk."
