"The property was great. Our room was very nice and clean. I liked being able to sit on a sofa. It was a great price for the room. The morning breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was seeing postings at the breakfast area and in the elevator on how we can scan a QR code to give tips. I find that distasteful. I have never seen that before in any hotel. "
"They let us in a couple of mins after we arrived, first msking up the room for us.nice room, qiet and spacious. Chose the hyatt because it was close to the zoo, and that made our stay really easy."
