"I wanted a hotel near the Slit Airport and was very pleased to have chosen this one. We were two couples in two rooms on Sunday, May 9th, 2026. My room and bathroom were updated, bright, and perfectly clean. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. "The property was beautiful and the view was one of the prettiest we have ever seen. The pool and beach areas were lovely and maintained impeccably! The massage we had was great ! Additionally the wellness facilities were wonderful, however, they do charge to use that even if you book a service. "The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor.
