"Wonderful hotel, warm welcome from the owner Frank and his dog on arrival. The hotel is a friendly place, the room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning's was plentiful. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommended the hotel to anyone. Should we go back to that part of Belgium again, I would 100% book in to the hotel without hesitation ☆☆☆☆☆"

"The spa and breakfast exceeded the expectations. For the spa would have been nice to receive instructions for use at the beginning (for example, bring the towel from the room and at the end of your spa stay exchange it for a clean one). There is parking available but not free. The staff did not make that clear. The parking spots are pretty small. The only downside was the lack of clear communication from all staff. "

"Super idyllisches Hotel in einer traumhaften Lage! Das Personal an der Rezeption war an allen Tagen sehr, sehr freundlich! Das Personal im Restaurant, vorrangig morgens hat hier aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Mimik der dort tätigen wirkte am ersten Morgen nicht gerade fröhlich. Aber die Qualität des Frühstücks war sehr gut! Auch das Abendessen war qualitativ hervorragend! Einzig die Quantität könnte etwas mehr sein. "We stayed here like most people because we were heading to Spa-Francorchamps the next day. The hotel seemed nice o line but was even nicer in person. Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely as was walking out on the balcony and seeing the entrance to Spa right there. Food and drinks were also good at the bar/restaurant. "

"Alles sehr ansprechend, modernes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung; Restaurant und Frühstück rundum gut mit allem, was man erwartet. Sauberkeit generell ebenfalls sehr gut, bis auf einige (fremde) Haare am Bettzeug (Material mit rauher Oberfläche). Deux remarques: le parking interieur est tres etroit et la piscine et le spa ne sont pas reellement dans l'hotel, mais dans les thermes. "Oh no, please don't make me leave this hotel! We have stayed here for four nights and haved loved coming back here every evening. The decor is so classy, the beds are so comfortable and the layout is sleek and modern. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the breakfast is hearty and plentiful. We found luxury, comfort and convenience, all under one roof & even the parking was a breeze! "

"A beautiful chateau in the Ardennes, about 25 minutes from Spa. The location is beautiful, the hosts are fantastic, and the accommodations are nice. We found it to be in a very good location to explore. I highly recommend it. We will return when we are in the area again. "
