Jai été réveillé par une grue a 6h40.... malgré mon deplacement a la reception la pelleteuse (qui travaillé dans le jardin de l'hôtel) a continué jusque mon départ a 9h.... aucun geste commercial ne serait-ce un café na était fait.... Dommage pour un hotel appartenant au groupe Radisson

L hotel est bien situé, a mis chemin entre les thermes et le centre de Spa. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Les + : Le parking est gratuit La réception est ouverte 24h/24,le personnel est a l ecoute et de bon conseil. Le petit dejeuner buffet est bien copieux et ouvert jusque 11h. Sejour agréable. J’ai dû payer pour le prix d’une chambre dans un hôtel cinq étoile le confort d’un lit de camp. À l’accueil de l’hôtel une employée qui s’appelle Victoria aussi aimable qu’une brouette. . I had to pay for the comfort of a camp bed for the price of a room in a five-star hotel. At the reception desk, an employee named Victoria was about as friendly as a wheelbarrow.

Vanaf dag een hebben we genoten van onze vakantie. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en heeft een supergoed ontbijt. Zwembad was heerlijk warm en we konden gratis gebruik maken van de sauna. Heerlijke bedden en super service!

Arrived and had to wait because our room was not ready at the 3 pm check in time. When we were able to check in we had a different room type than the one reserved. We were ok with it until discovering after coming back from dinner that the air conditioning did not work. The best they could do was split our family into two rooms for the first night of the stay. Both of those also had air conditioning issues (it was barely functioning in one room and not at all in the other). We were unable to sleep for most of the night. We were finally transferred to the room we had actually reserved for the second night which did have working air conditioning but it would shut off during the night and we would have to get up to turn it back on. We were given free breakfast for the inconvenience but not with it given all the issues we experienced.
