"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."

"The rooms were upstairs from a skeavy pub. The pub was situated directly on a busy road. The room was hot and stuffy (no fan provided) so the window had to stay open. The traffic seemed to be roaring through my room. I had to beg for help carrying my bags up the stairs. English breakfast was offered but only with fried eggs (I can't digest fried food.). Coffee (no tea) was offered. I can't drink coffee. One of the worst places I stayed in the UK (& not cheap.)"

"Room was dirty on check in..after complaining they cleaned it..and never again..for am eight night stay. Wifi was abysmal..their engineers said the only option was to move to another room But none was available ! My friend stayed in another room..also dirty ..room was never cleaned .and the soap containers were empty! Not an experience to repeat."

"A great location for visiting the coast which was quiet considering how close it was to a main road. A lovely clean room with all necessary features. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again."

"Great servers at restaurant and bar. Nice facilities (e.g. pool and lawn). Didn’t have a great experience with the room though as it was a room on the edge of the property just feet away from a busy road with lots of traffic. The blind in the bathroom was too short to cover the window which was a significant privacy issue due to window facing the toilet and the busy road outside window and constant stream of pedestrians. Room was also hot and opening windows due to proximity to the road,...

"Everything was okay-ish, but If I review over the price I paid; not satisfied with the stay. Wifi— Very bad reception. No to slow network. Complaint them but no resolution. TV— Radio channels only. Help needed to connect with my Netflix, no service provided. Even in my room UK sim network was not working. Property was nicely clean but room services had a delay. Drinkable water is separately charged; I didn’t like that. They don’t have people to help with your baggage in and out....
