The check-in process was super convenient and fully digital with a code, and the staff assisting with check-in were very friendly and helpful. "This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. "It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"

"Yes, the room was clean. However, there was a stale smell of smoke in the room that the staff did take care of. The staff were excellen - helpful, pleasant and extremely professional. The breakfast was also excellent- a real pleasure I would say. The hotel is also in a really good location, situated as it is right on the edge of the historical centre with everything within walking distance."
