"This was a really nice hotel with a terrific open courtyard in the center, the staff was really friendly, and it was really conveniently located in Park city. We had a room that opened up into the pool area, which was fantastic so I ended up spending a little time every day in the hot tub, which is a good way to make a trip, relaxing!"

"We had a great time staying at this location. It was clean and so cozy. We loved the food options that were a walkable distance. The communication was great and check in and out were very easy even though it was contactless. Would for sure book again. "

"We enjoyed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom condo. Was fairly clean, few items missed by a broom or vacuum. Perfect amount of linens provided for our stay. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Had all the basics we needed. We enjoyed making a few meals in the kitchen. Full size fridge with ice maker. Furniture may be a little outdated and well used. But worked out just fine. Four person hot tub was perfect for the two of us. Was well kept and clean.
Front desk was very kind and informative. Very welcoming. We did not use any other hotel amenities. But a quick peek at the pool it seemed decent. It was both inside/outside pool. Paid covered parking was nice."
Park Plaza Resort - Park City, Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was super. Unique building. Hot tub wonderful. Suite was large and homey. No sink for dishes though. Jeff was always smiling and charming. Dog friendly place and area. Can walk to park and downtown easily. Quiet room! No refrigerator o heating disturbances"
"The entire space was clean and nicely kept, the views were nice might be a little over hyped. The amenities of the rental were good, the private hot tub was good, everything was clean.
My only issue was that the amounts of the cleaning fee and the host fee were different then what was listed on the Hotels.com site which was a bit frustrating and confusing."
