"Clean room, great staff. Breakfast was limited but passable. Coffee was hot and fresh first thing. Room needed a bit attention to the plumbing but it had a fridge and microwave. There was a restaurant within walking distance, it was smoky, but the food was good and the waitress was nice."

"CHECK BEDDING BEFORE YOU LAY DOWN! Got in around 11:30 PM after driving all day and pulled back the blankets to find hairs, dirt, and crumbs all over the bed. It honestly looked like the sheets hadn’t even been changed. Had to go back and ask for another room, and they didn’t even apologize. Thankfully the second room was clean and comfortable."

"We booked a King w/sofa bed, upon check in were informed they had none of those pet friendly. Also subsequently no 1King pet friendly, so we ended up with a 2 queen. Not a huge deal, but was told it was a lower rate. So some refund back for the price difference. Spoke with a Hotels.com agent who called the property and was informed 'there will be no refund at this time because a per fee still needs to be charged.' So we paid the rate for a King w/ sofa bed and were subsequently charged the pet fee on top of that. Front desk staff was incredibly rude and impolite. Very 'I'm better than you attitude.' We were incredibly unimpressed with the check in process. Pool was cold, would have been manageable if the air wasn't also on. Hot tub was okay. Informed at check in 'kids eat free' at Old Chicago. Even the website says it. Old Chicago was completelt unaware of any agreements with kids eating free. Food was really good there and being attached to the hotel, quite convenient. "

"I was running late and arrived at closing. The staff was patient and understanding with me. Made me feel I was appreciated as a customer and guest. Thank you! Also, the room had all the amenities we used to expect, but so many other places have now done away with. Great value!"
