"Room was fairly clean, as far as motel rooms go. I liked how each room has its own unique decor - made it feel home-y. Parking is free, which is a plus compared to motels closer to the falls. The owners are great at accommodating special requests, like I mentioned a bar fridge with a freezer being important to me, and they made sure I got a room with a larger freezer. I would like to see a deadbolt added to the door for extra security, or one of those bars that flips across. In the room I stayed...

"We had a truly excellent stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was just what we needed to get going on our day. The entire staff was great, but a special mention goes to Bryan, who checked us in when we arrived and is fantastic! He was friendly, courteous, and incredibly welcoming. His excellent service made the whole place feel more like a family-run B&B than a big chain hotel. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming experience!"

"Beautiful room but highway robbery for parking and restaurant! I booked a room overlooking the Falls for my milestone birthday and parents' 45th anniversary. The room was much smaller than I expected as I stayed in the same hotel 2 years ago and had a massive room with a sprawling couch and ample area to take pictures. Additionally, there wasn't the hospitality that I experienced the last time which made me want to visit again. The last time, they gave me a free bottle of champagne and chocolate...
