"We’ve stayed at this location before 2 years ago and the hotel was in much better shape than what it was this time around. Staff has always been friendly, but furniture was stained in the lobby and room. Breakfast wasn't the best either. Wish they would have had better oatmeal and more of a selection. "Everything about this place was exceptional. Lobby was immediately welcoming and showed their care for the property and cleanliness. The location was lovely, being very close to the beach. Staff was absolutely amazing, kind and hospitable. Check in was a breeze, took no more than 5 minutes and we were in our room within 15 minutes of arriving. The pool and jacuzzi area were very well kept and staff was more than accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay...

"The towels and toilet paper felt like sand paper. The pool area is very small. Not a good space for kids playing in the pool, the sound was multiplied."

"The breakfast was okay but they never served bacon. The pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. The gym was good enough with lots of cardio and free weights. They had a secret $12 a day parking fee that they didn’t mention until checking in."

"The ease of checking was very smooth. The room was great. Had a wonderful view of the ocean. Very conveniently located. Easy walk into Pismo Beach by the pier and local restaurants. Nice Blast and Brew was a great option right there. Perfect. Very nice property to stay. We will be back."

"Very nice small hotel. Nice Cafe, staff was great, wonderful first and second story decks with fire pits overlooking the ocean. Be aware that there is a $25 resort charge and $30 parking charge added to your total once you check in. With the mandatory resort fee come some benefits that are nice though. You could try parking on the street to avoid the parking fee but street parking is limited and not convenient. We loved our stay here, it was the highlight of our trip to Pismo."

"Property was clean and located in the motel part of Pismo which is not my favorite. We did not use the pool. It was nice they had tea, coffee, and cookies in the lobby. Room seemed clean but we did find some signs of previous lodger (airpods and trash under bed). Elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. Ice machine didn't work well and I only saw one for the entire property. rooms and furniture were outdated but clean. Partial view of ocean (and parking lots) and balcony were the best...

"We go to Pismo every summer with our two small kids. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and we highly recommend it. Really great views of the ocean and the pier. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. They all have a balcony. There is a great walkway down to the beach. You can also walk to the brewery, Ventana Grill and Vista Steakhouse. It’s about a 25 min walk to the Pismo Pier."
