"Great property, clean, excellent master bedroom, well equiped, brilliant location and in a peaceful spot, however the hot tub stopped working / went to standby mode and couldnt be used so felt like the one main reason we booked this property and couldnt use it. The stairs are very steep and were difficult to go up and down. Ideal for kielder and surrounding areas. "

" Our cottage and everything about the Borders charmed us. Douglas was very helpful and gave us excellent advice on restaurants and attractions like Melrose Abbey, Abbortford House, and of course, the many walking paths. My childhood friend and I had a beautiful vacation. I wish we had had more time to spend there."
