"I had a pleasant stay. I was out early before breakfast so i can't comment on it. The room was clean and quiet. I wanted to hit the gym but ran out of time. I will stay here again. "

"The stay was great. The only problem we had was the booking. I booked a king bed suite. When I arrived I was told my room was sold and they moved me to a 2 queen bed room. It was just my wife and I. No compensation for the inconvenience nothing. Just "sorry about your luck". I don't appreciate that. When I reserve a car and they don't have the one I reserved I get and up grade or a reduced rate. Saying tough luck is not customer service"

"I arrived at 10:30 pm and they would not let me check in. I called the hotel and the person hung up on me. The next morning, the staff was excellent and let me check in early. Be aware that there is no front desk staff overnight. Also no restaurant on site. The profile makes it seem like there is, but nothing on site or shared parking lot. "

"Although the room was clean as usual, I was slightly perturbed being out in a room next door to a kids birthday sleepover. They were really loud and I typically come here to get peace. This time I didn’t get any but I didn’t want to be a part pooper. There was also this odor on the 2nd floor that I couldn’t quite figure out what it was but it wasn’t pleasant. Hopefully, I’ll get my quiet time the next time I visit. I’m there at least once a month."
