There was a person under the influence of drugs screaming day and night right next to my room, and several others drinking and using drugs on the stairs. The facilities themselves require massive improvement; for instance, the back door leading to the small balcony had no lock, and the stairs are practically falling apart, with several old, loose planks. The only redeeming aspects of this place were the air conditioning, the shower, and its proximity to the beach. If you have children or are traveling as a family, think twice: this hotel is not family-friendly; it is, quite simply, too dangerous."
