We've stayed at the Hampton Inn Corpus Christi–Northwest I-37 many times when visiting family, and it's always been a solid, dependable choice. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it's consistently quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is good; nothing fancy, but reliable and well-stocked. For the price, it's an excellent value, which is why we keep coming back. When we're in Corpus Christi, this is where we stay.

Needs serious remodeling rooms are old and runs down. AC give room terrible musty smell and was super noisy. Bathroom showed signs of rust and leak stains in several spots. Beds are old and not comfortable. Will not be returning. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous!

Miss Laura did a tremendous job of taking care of us. She was quite busy yet she had a great attitude. I saw her helping others as well. The ladies who served the breakfast were very attentive. All was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and nice, the pool was very nice and clean, breakfast was good. Only we need to wait for coffee they did not notice was out. Another nice stay. Cleaning and breakfast staff are always friendly and helpful. I still don't understand why service animals (dogs) aren't allowed in pool or breakfast area.

It is advertised as having a sauna. I picked hotel for this reason. SAUNA was turned into a broom and mop closet. The hot tub didn't work either. My room smelled of mildew. The breakfast was okay and the staff there was helpful. I was very disappointed in this room however. It needs to be updated.

Enjoyed our stay

Hotel room was clean and ready when we got there. Staff was very friendly and attentive. There was remodeling going on but did not interfere with our rest. Read rooms are only cleaned every other day, did expect my room to be made/cleaned every day including taking out trash. When requested for additional toilet paper we had to physically go downstairs for it.

When I booked this property, it did not say that it was under construction. It did not say that the business center was closed. It said all amenities were available. That’s false advertisement. I was very disappointed with this property. The room was very dusty and the bed was itchy.
