"It's a good place to stay for a night. Staff was kind, but each time I needed assistance, I had to call the front desk number to get the staff attention to come to the front desk. The rooms were cleaned well, however there were a few stains in the bath tube and hair on the sink counter. The towels and shower curtain could be changed out. I was surprised the lobby did not have a public restroom for guests."

"No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. I will now know what to ask and this is the 2nd time I trusted expedia and...

"The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but everything was stocked and fresh and tables were routinely cleaned. Room service was completed daily upon request. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet location. "

"All of their rooms are No Smoking rooms and I love that because I don't smoke and I don't want to inhale someone's second hand smoke. The room was clean, smoke free and cheap; it was exactly what I needed."

"It was a generally well maintained property, but one of age that could use some updates, as in the bathrooms, very low toilets and period fixtures. The floor was even sticky. Personnel were quite nice and helpful."

"The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service."

"I got 2 rooms for 2 nights, the staff was great, breakfast was great, but we had our hearts set on the pool it was the biggest part of our stay other than my husband going to the wrestling event, however unbeknownst to us the swimming pool was being worked on and not a drop of water was in it. They moved my sister to several rooms due to broken pull out beds, and to throw in the towel she found a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. "I have stayed a couple. It's not the nicest place in the world, but the manager is the nicest man in the world. Super friendly to all the guests he talks to. It is clean and it is in a nice convenient area. The breakfast is basic and when I came down 15 minutes after everything was put away he offered to bring everything out again for me. Of course it's not a high-end hotel so don't expect anything special."

"I chose this hotel based off of the online pics, price, rating, and amenities. However, upon my arrival, the parking lot looked like a truck stop and I was informed the elevator was broken and had to carry my luggage upstairs. There were towels used on the floor to prop open hallway doors and a baby crib next to the vending machine full of trash bags and towels. My room was fairly clean and I Clorox wiped everything down.
