Beautiful setting and lots to do

Our family had a lovely one night stay. Big clean room for all four of us, kids loved the pool and adults the spa. Enjoyed a great meal too. Setting is stunning.

La struttura 5Miglia di Rivisondoli ha una ottima posizione in quanto è ubicata a pochissima distanza dalla struttura sciistica di MontePratello , quindi può offrire un servizio turistico molto qualificato ( come è prassi presso le strutture turistiche più conosciute del nord_italia) , forse manca la cultura , la preparazione , la lungimiranza , ma al 5 Miglia il Direttore e tutto il servizio di reception e check-in dovrebbe essere più qualificato ( meno arrogante, più preparato ad accogliere gli ospiti). Infatti ho dovuto portare i miei bagagli dalla mia auto alla reception salendo più di 15 scalini (senza che nessuno mi abbia dato un supporto (anche se richiesto). Al check-in lungaggini burocratiche ed attese interminabili (prive di un minimo di cortesia da parte del personale ) La camera pagata per 4 persone (anche se eravamo solo in due) molto spartana – con un bagno indecente con poca attenzione nelle pulizie e con carenza dei prodotti a corredo che si trovano in tutti i normali Alberghi (ciabatte da camera, shampo, aciugacapelli Funzionante ecc.. ) Voglio sottolineare che ho pagato per tre notti compreso colazione e cena di capodanno € 1600,00 , quindi non una spesa irrisoria . Oltretutto la cosiddetta disponibilità di una piscina coperta era solo virtuale in quanto il funzionamento è solo estivo cosa che anche nelle Vs referenze era riportata . La SPA – se così si può chiamare – era uguale a quella di Alberghi analogamente costosi - solo nei prezzi -

2 mins from nearest ski lift

We were 2 minutes drive away from the chair lift to go ski-ing, The hotel does supply shuttle bus. The hotel is in a great location, nice bar and seating area. Food is not fine dining but filling and hearty. We would definitely stay again.

Buona pulizia. Materasso comodo. Stanza piccola, bagno ok. Stanza vicino ascensore, quindi, un po' rumorosa. Personale gentile. Piccolo disagio : occorre portarsi dietro la chiave della stanza, pesante e voluminosa. Posizione periferica dell'albergo, bisogna necessariamente prendere la macchina per recarsi a Rivisondoli. La Spa non è stata utilizzata.

soggiorno positivo, farei solo qualche cambiamento a colazione la mattina , metterei un distributore automatico di caffe , latte, cappuccino ecc ecc , e incrementare un poco in piu la colazione per il resto sono rimasto soddisfatto. la spa invece sono rimasto contento, tranne il massaggio che non e stato possibile farlo......

Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend in questa struttura. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, ci torneremo sicuramente. La struttura è caldissima e confortevole, la nuova spa piccolina ma curata nei minimi dettagli, l'animazione ha reso divertenti e piacevoli le nostre serate, il cibo molto buono e a tal proposito facciamo in nostri complimenti al cameriere Davide che ci ha serviti in questi giorni con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, caratteristiche che tra l'altro accomunano tutto il personale. Posizione strategica per chi scia e non solo data la sua vicinanza sia agli impianti che ai paesi limitrofi. Unici piccoli difetti sono il materasso non troppo comodo e le stanze poco insonorizzate, che passano sicuramente in secondo piano dati tutti i lati positivi della struttura. Ci rivedremo sicuramente e non vediamo l'ora!
