"The welcome at Awali was excellent. The all inclusive starts when you arrive regardless of check-in time and it ends when you leave even if you checked out the room hours before. This worked quite well for us as our flight left at 9pm. The concierge is a gem who makes things so easy to do and has really good communication. The restaurants were fab. "Overall the stay was pretty average, the WiFi wasn’t working When we left early next day they didn’t pack any breakfast for us just gave us yogurt and juice and the room decor was pretty old , when we entered the washroom there was some strong smell of cleaning fluid"
