"This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. This hotel looks like a hotel that you would only come to have an affair because the rooms smell of smoke even though they say non smoking room. Let’s not even talk about the night staff that was present when I arrived. Actually yes let talk about it. So when I arrived at my room I put my two daughters in the room for bed because it was late. "When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. "I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s very family-friendly, and I really appreciated that it’s a smoke-free environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I had a little issue during my stay, but Ms. Ethel was able to accommodate me at the last minute, and I really appreciated his help. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Five out of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We’ve been coming here for years, they do a great job keeping up with the property and as of October 2026 they are “refreshing the rooms” (new carpets , furniture , fixtures) unfortunately this time, our room wasn’t ready until 6pm, finally when pressed what the hold up was, they needed to stock paper products in the room, not an excuse for holding up my check in for two hours, one of the bartenders at reflections bar seemed like she was on something (pills) overall the quality of service and...
