Extremely disappointed. The hotel canceled my reservation the same day of check-in, actually 2 hours before checking in, leaving me without accommodations and no reasonable time to make other arrangements. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If You Really Want to Have a Bad Experience, Book This Hotel If you truly want to go through a terrible experience, then book this hotel. From the very beginning, the front desk service was extremely poor. They showed no interest in helping or finding a solution, even knowing that I was traveling with my child and had a paid and confirmed reservation. They simply “washed their hands” of the situation, saying the hotel was full and that nothing could be done. Their only response was to cancel the reservation and issue a refund in several business days, leaving us stranded at midnight with no real solution. On top of that, the noise level is unacceptable: noisy beds, noise from other rooms, and a general lack of care for guest comfort. I do not recommend this hotel at all. If you value professionalism, basic customer service, and respect for guests, do not book here.

The kitchen had no equipment. Not even a coffee pot. Not a single fork/spoon/cup/plate--nothing. I asked and was told I could check out a coffee pot and 1 mug but if I wanted more than that I had to purchase the "kitchen kit". When I returned the coffee and mug I was told I should have been required to purchase them. The front doors have no automatic handicapped button. It does not exist at this property. There are three sets of doors before the elevators and none of them are handicapped accessible. I was told that wasn't necessary.I really think this property is transitional housing for mental health patients and low income families with "hotel guests" as a side note. The only night we stayed, someone had a mental crisis in the hallway at 5am outside of our room. Screaming from the adult and the child. This property is not suitable for hotel guests or extended stay guests that aren't prepared to supply every kitchen item you may need. They do not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, nor do they supply clean sheets or towels without an additional charge. At 2am, the front desk closed the window and my key would not let me back in the building. Someone finally let me in. I would give this property 0 stars but that's not an option.

I can honestly say this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Four people booked, but only two towels were available. The internet was advertised as available, but only for two people. Who lives without Wi-Fi in today's world? And even though we had the option to pay for access, we couldn't get the service; the front desk didn't even know how to fix it, and so we were without internet for two days. UNBELIEVABLE!

They don't clean. I did not know a bar could be set so low. If you are familiar with shelters or army barricks, this is the caliber. Literally shelter for pay. All staff was professional except this chick named Adeline or Atily. She is dark complexion, overweight, faux locks, and a nasty "we don't do that/can't do" attitude which made oyr stay unpleasant. Wragedy infrastructure. Light fell in one room we rented and microwave went out in the other. Literally below the bare minimum. Attitude with customers. Seemed irritated and treated us like children when asking for standard lodging items such as tissue or wash cloths.

We were going to check-in late and tried multiple times to call the hotel, well before check-in time, using the phone number listed on Expedia website. However, it just went to a full voicemail box so despite multiple attempts could not speak to anyone and there was no way to get the actual front desk number via the Internet. Ultimately messaged via the Expedia app about checking in late but no one read that as we found out that our room reservation was canceled when we got here. The hotel did not care to either inform us directly or Expedia about this. When we got to the hotel, the door was locked with no one at the front desk and a note stuck outside to call a phone number (emergency line). Never seen this before. Had to spend the night without a room. Luckily was able to get a full refund after following up two to three times with the hotel and Expedia. Overall a terrible experience.

We didn't get the accommodation, when we reach there at 11:45 pm, everything was locked and no one was there to attend us and when we call on the number mentioned there, he told us that all reservations have been cancelled without any intimation. Never booking this hotel chain

The a/c is fixed at 74* so it was warm in the room. The pillows are flat and the blankets are thin. The beds do not have a good base so they move every time you move. The mattress is not comfortable, I tossed and turned. The walls are very thin. You hear all the noise in the hall, the rooms next to you and above you. When you call the front desk, they don’t answer. It has a microwave and refrigerator but no dishes or silverware. I stayed three nights and no one came in to clean, take out trash or replace used towels. They need a pool, it’s Florida. People swim year-round. I would not recommend this hotel. It’s new but it’s not great.
