"The staff were very welcoming. The room was a bit disappointing but it was clean and did have air conditioning and a tv. The ammenities were adequate. The other guest were very noisy and i found myself being woken several times by doors being slammed shut. Overall the price was reasonable considering the standard of the accomodation however i will not be staying again."

"The room was smaller than we anticipated which is not the fault of Peakhurst, just noting. When we arrived there was not a clear location to check in. It was only 730pm and were told in the contact information that it would still be open for check in. We went to the restaurant to ask and they contacted someone to come open up the check in location. There was trivia happening in the restaurant so no parking availability. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to lug heavy baggage up several flights of stairs. "

"The room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also a good size, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The carpet was in very good condition noticeably better than what I have experienced at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant first impression. Another big plus was the location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the train station was also conveniently close by, making it simple to get around. The only drawback was that the hotel is situated along a busy roadway. The walls did not seem to be fully soundproof, so traffic noise was noticeable at times. While it wasn’t a deal-breaker, it is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. "

"The staff was great, the room was as advertised....and spotless with all kinds of toiletries, coffee & kettle set up and a TV. Super comfortable bed and a short train ride to the airport! Also, the attached restuarant and gaming parlor had great food and nice people! I'll stay again! Say 'Hi" to Dean and the folks at the bar."
