"Shower walls need cleaned - bad! Otherwise nice enough "

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, however, on our last night there, the smoke alarms were going off, and we were offered another room, in a different building free of charge. However, the next day when checking out, I was told that since I prepaid, I didn't get the room free. Just because the room was prepaid shouldn't have made a difference."

"I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone. We needed a place to stop halfway on our 12 hour drive home, but we opted to continue our drive rather than stay at this hotel. Honestly the area was kinda creepy so I'm glad we didn't end up staying. "

"I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price point. "
