"We were in Florida for a long weekend to attend a good friends surprise party This was our first time in Vero Beach. We chose the Sea Turtle Inn based on price and location to the beach. We had a second floor room that was very clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. The host was friendly and gave us some ideas as to restaurants, directions etc. We spent a few hours at the beautiful clean pool. Comfortable seating, Quiet aea. Would recommend and would book again if in the area. Absolutely a fine old establishment.... "

"We were in a King room at this property. It was immaculate. The bathroom area is large and well appointed. The climate control was also very good with both AC and a dehumidifier. We were a bit disappointed with the bed as we felt, and let employees know, that the mattress should be replaced as we ended up in the middle of the bed in the morning. There was no chair in the room, but it did have a high table with 4 metal bar stools. Be aware that the two front windows in the seating area have blinds, but they do not close all the way. Surprise-as the coffee service is right outside these windows. Arrive as early as possible to get a good parking space and these are limited. There are several reserved spots around the corner from the hotel but not enough for all guests. We did not have any issues with parking though. The property is in a great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants without having to drive. The beach is right across the street with access through the park. It is Ocean Drive so prices are high, but the convenience is worth it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Vero Beach area is nice. It is quiet and not so busy that it seems crowded. "

"What a great two day stay we enjoyed at the Driftwood Resort in Vero Beach, Florida.. We were very fortunate to have Kate as our concierge and special needs assistant. Kate was able to provide my wife and I with wonderful and extremely helpful accommodations. We are extremely grateful for her kindness and appreciate all of her willingness to provide us with the best stay possible. The room and amenities were just what we needed at the time. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Driftwood Resort and am thankful for Kate who went above and beyond the norm. Our kindest regards to all, and we look forward to visiting again in the near future."
